Craftworks, the parent company of the Logan's Roadhouse chain, declared bankruptcy on March 3rd. On Saturday, the company announced that it was "mothballing" the eateries in its stable for at least 60 days.
Reopening the restaurants depends on Craftworks finding new financial backers, as well as several other factors. A spokesperson for the chain stated there is a marked possibility that the stores will never reopen.
Quad-Cities Cuisine has featured blogs on the Florence and Muscle Shoals stores in the past. Judging from the hits, the chain is at least moderately popular in the Shoals. We predict this is a plus for Outback's new Florence location.
