Have You Found Lost Pizza?

 

You have only to say "pizza" to get the attention of my better half. He insisted I come with him to try Lost Pizza even though I'm not the biggest pizza fan in the world. 

If you've never heard of this pizza joint, it's in the old Legends building on the corner of Seminary and Mobile Plaza downtown. That building has housed a number of restaurants and other businesses through the years. I don't see this place lasting very long, but hubs thinks it's a God send.

We decided to go on a Tuesday night to avoid crowds. Service was excellent, but I had a hard time deciding what to order. I finally chose a sandwich with a cutesy name which was a kind of club. It was $10.00 so it should have been great and was. They got the order right the first time which was a pleasant surprise.

Hubs got pizza of course. He got an individual pork, also $10.00. He liked it so much that he got a medium to take home. I'll admit that I ate most of the pork and left the rest to him. If you crave desert, there's even a strawberry pizza. For those who drink there's beer. Coke products for the rest of us, which we found disappointing.

I found the decor to be on the tacky side, but as hubs said we weren't there for the looks of the place. There was plenty of parking and the area is well lit.

All in all, we're giving the restaurant one and a half thumbs up. Hate pizza, don't bother. Love pizza, give it a try!
