Fiesta Mexicana at Seven Points

I’m not exactly a fan of Mexican food, but recently I did try Fiesta Mexicana in the Seven Points Shopping Center. Service was prompt and the tea good. It should have been at two dollars a glass.

Not being adventurous, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with everything on the side. Apparently everything on the side came from the salad bar, and Little Feat must have an embargo on tomatoes. The half slice I got was the size of a half dollar. Remember that’s the size of a half dollar cut in half.

The chicken breast was quite large and superbly cooked. I requested a take out clam shell and received one immediately.
The booths are nice, but not quite tall enough to block other diners, so there’s not that much privacy. Also, the walls are painted in murals of cartoon characters that are copyrighted, so if you eat there often, you may witness an FBI bust.

Lunch specials run from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., but after that most of the food is a little pricey. If you like Tex Mex, we definitely say give it a try.

  1. Hard to take the food critique of a Mexican restaurant seriously when the reviewer eats a chicken sandwich.
