Say goodbye to the five dollar foot-longs at Subway. The cheapest 12” sandwich on their menu is now 5.50; most are 6.00.
Subway has also discontinued some menu items along with a few toppings, so call before you visit if you have a craving for only one menu item.
Customer service? It varies from store to store, but it’s not unusual to have to answer the same question four or five times. A little training goes a long way, but it seems to be absent at most Subway locations in the Shoals..
