Most Ubiquitous Fast Food? Subway!

 

A recent survey ranked the most common fast food outlets in the state of Alabama. In case you think McDonald's has the most, think again. Mickey D's and Jack's are roughly tied for second place.

Subway sandwich shops have the most outlets in this state. How about locally? We checked, and Florence has four. While that may sound good, two are practically across the street from one another on Cloverdale Road. The third is downtown on Court Street, while number four is on Mall Road.

With the exception of Bunyon's, West Florence has no fast food to speak of; while Seven Points and nearby neighborhoods have several to choose from, there's not a Subway handy.
